Terms & Conditions

Promoqat is a digital coupon and deals platform operated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It connects consumers with local businesses by enabling merchants to create coupon campaigns and consumers to discover, claim, and redeem them.

These Terms govern your use of the Promoqat mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform").

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform. By using Promoqat, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Business accounts require additional verification including a valid Commercial Registration Number issued by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, and are subject to admin approval before campaigns can be published.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform.

Claiming coupons: When you claim a coupon, you have 3 days to redeem it in-store. If you miss this window, the coupon returns to the pool and counts as one missed attempt. After two missed attempts, further claims of the same coupon may be subject to additional conditions.

Redemption: Coupons are redeemed by presenting your QR code to the store. Coupons cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

Earn & Referrals: When you refer a friend via your personal referral link and they redeem a coupon, you earn a credit to your savings balance. Credits have no cash value and can only be used within the Platform. Promoqat reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.

Merchants must sign the Promoqat Merchant Service Agreement before publishing campaigns. By creating a campaign, merchants agree to:

• Pay the published rate per redeemed coupon at the time of campaign creation.
• Honor all valid coupons presented by consumers within the campaign period.
• Provide accurate campaign information and not engage in misleading advertising.
• Notify Promoqat of billing disputes within 7 days of campaign completion.

Promoqat reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend any campaign that violates these Terms or platform guidelines without prior notice.

Consumers use Promoqat free of charge. Merchants are charged per redeemed coupon at the rate agreed in their signed Merchant Service Agreement. Payment terms are outlined in that agreement.

All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Promoqat is not responsible for any bank or transaction fees imposed by your financial institution.

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the property of Promoqat or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

By uploading content (store logos, campaign images) to the Platform, you grant Promoqat a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating the Platform.

You agree not to:

• Create fake accounts or abuse the referral or rewards system.
• Use automated tools to claim or redeem coupons.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform.
• Post false, misleading, or offensive campaign content.
• Violate any applicable Saudi or international law.

Promoqat provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Promoqat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Promoqat is a marketplace intermediary. We are not responsible for the quality of products or services offered by merchants, or for disputes between consumers and merchants.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Electronic Transactions Law and the Consumer Protection Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
